Th. Engelhardt has plans in hand for a one-story brick roller skating rink to be erected on Grand street, near Second street. It will have a frontage of 50 feet on Grand street, 75 feet on North First street, x190 feet deep. Owner, E. Schlueter; cost, $10,000.

Building appears on 1916 Belcher Hyde Atlas of Brooklyn. Map labels building as "Shiff & Co.". Property appears on 1907 Bromley as two matching brick buildings, similar footprint to 1916/current. 1919 - occupied by Diener & Co., "Manufacturers of Parlor Furniture"

Now Greater Bibleway Temple. Construction of the temple was "under the direction of I. Levingson, chairman of the Building Committee". Cost of construction was estimated at $100,000. A lot fronting Lincoln Place was set aside for the residence of the rabbi.
