Three-story non-fireproof convent, north side of Metropolitan, 148' west of Bedford Avenue. 1 Real Estate Record & Builders' Guide, v. 94, no. 2417: Articles (July 11, 1914), 78.

The basement portion of the church was constructed in 1908. Lynch is listed as having completed plans for the "superstructure" of the church in 1919.

Building's new-law footprint remains, but facade appears to have been entirely replaced.
